Worship & Creative Arts Pastor
St. Albert Alliance Church (StAAC) is seeking a collaborative, creative leader and gifted musician to give leadership to our Worship & Creative Arts Team. The Worship & Creative Arts Pastor will play a crucial role in helping StAAC fulfil its mission to be Good News to our neighbours and beyond by practicing the way of Jesus. Working closely with the Lead and Associate Lead Pastor, this role will oversee the planning and facilitating of StAAC's worship gatherings, including developing a third worship gathering and recruiting, equipping and coaching the Worship & Creative Arts volunteer teams. The Worship & Creative Arts Pastor role is a full-time position with a salary commensurate with experience and education. The successful candidate will:

- Have a vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus, marked by listening to Jesus through the Spirit and spiritual maturity.
- Have a degree in theology, music or related field.
- Strong leadership experience. Ability to recruit, equip, and mobilize volunteers for effective ministry.
- Be a talented and skilled musician, both vocally and instrumentally.
- Two or more years of experience leading a worship team.
- Proficiency in music theory and the ability to read sheet music.
- Be licensed or able to be licensed with The Alliance Canada.
- Be a Canadian Citizen or legally entitled to work in Canada.
