Missions Spotlight: The Jaffray Project

Throughout October, we invite you to take part in our Jaffray Offering.

The Jaffray Project supports church planting in Southeast Asia, helping equip men and women from least-reached people groups to plant churches amongst their own people. Funds will be used to demonstrate the Good News of Jesus through the actions of Christian International Workers who are helping victims of human trafficking in the South Pacific.

Through the Jaffray Project, it costs $3000 to sponsor a church planter for one year. On average, each church planter starts five new churches. Our goal is to sponsor 30 church planters.

We invite you to prayerfully consider what you are able to donate during the Jaffray Offering.  Click the link below to learn about the ways to give. Please make sure to select the Jaffray Fund for your donations to the Jaffray Project.

Truth and Reconciliation

As followers of Christ we read 2 Corinthians 5:18-21 and we recognize that we have been entrusted with the ministry of reconciliation, both to one another and to God. The work of reconciliation requires that we have a posture of listening and a willingness to come alongside those who have experienced hurt. Our desire is to partner with people and groups who are engaging in the work of Truth and Reconciliation in our country that we may have opportunity to listen, learn and love those around us. The videos below highlight the work happening through some sister Churches in the Alliance Canada that we are privileged to partner with. Helping to further the work they are doing across many remote communities in Northern Manitoba and Ontario.
