If you google the phrase: mental health impact of Covid-19, nearly 800 million results immediately surface. Most of the results focus on the daily number of infections, but there is a growing awareness of how the pandemic is impacting people's mental, emotional, relational and spiritual reality. The science supporting God’s invitation to a regular practice of gratitude to radically improve a person’s well-being, is fascinating and compelling, and this week’s rhythm of grace offers some thoughts on how to more consciously access it.
