In a culture where full calendars and busy schedules are a badge of honour, how do we reclaim the gift of margin and rest? Often, we see rest as something that gets in the way of us making much needed progress or advancing our bottom line and yet, if we paid attention to our souls, don’t we crave a bit of space to breathe? What if we could enjoy space to breathe deeply by engaging a rhythm or pace that is more life-giving all year round? God’s heart for us is to experience life abundantly in every season, and rest is a significant component to us doing that.
