We all experience grief in our lives, and probably with more frequency than many of us realize. We all need to grieve because we all experience loss. Whether it is the loss of a loved one, a job we had or had hoped for, or a relationship that did not transpire or go how we thought it would. Loss is a reality in our lives, and the ability to process that loss plays a significant role in our ability to experience the fullness of life that Jesus has for us.
