St. Albert Alliance Church (StAAC) is seeking a collaborative and creative leader who is passionate about developing leaders and discipling youth and young adults. The Associate Youth & Young Adults Pastor will play a crucial role in StAAC's mission to help junior high and young adults embody the Good News of Jesus by practicing the way of Jesus. The selected individual will work closely with the Youth & Young Adults Pastor to develop and implement strategies that engage and empower young people to grow in their relationship with Jesus, connect with their peers and serve sacrificially in their neighbourhood. St. Albert Alliance Church is seeking a collaborative leader who is a systems thinker, administratively gifted and service-oriented to give leadership to our Ministry Support Team and Hospitality Ministries. The Ministry Support Pastor/Director will play a crucial role in helping StAAC fulfil its mission to be Good News to our neighbours and beyond by practicing the way of Jesus. Working closely with the Lead and Associate Lead Pastor, this role will oversee the church's administrative, financial, facility, and information technology services and systems as well as giving leadership to StAAC's hospitality ministries (Fresh Ground and Frontline).
